Ann embodies the perfect blend of left brain logic and right brain creativity. She started her career in Investment Banking and has leaned on that foundation to make financially driven and data backed recommendations.  After receiving a MBA from Georgetown University, Ann’s passion for Retailing led her to work at national brands such as Ralph Lauren, Levi Strauss, Old Navy and Maidenform where she helped craft global strategies and operationalize tactics driving over $20B in retail sales.

She took the leap in 2022 to co-found her own venture backed mindfulness start-up, Before Noon, which offered modern wellness products and mindset personal training for the workplace.

Today, Ann has created Ampère Consulting to blend her background in entrepreneurship with her love for retail.

Ann lives in the heart of San Francisco with her husband, Stéphane.  They can often be found tinkering with their Victorian house or alternating between Paris and Singapore - where both their families reside.
